Vantor strengthens South Asian government’s sovereign intelligence capabilities with Nexus-powered assured access platform

Vantor has signed a multi-million-dollar Rapid Access Program agreement that provides guaranteed tasking, private dissemination, and near real-time intelligence delivery to support defense, intelligence, and civil missions

A sovereign government in South Asia has signed a multi-million-dollar agreement with Vantor™ for a Nexus-powered Rapid Access Program (RAP), strengthening its ability to access time-sensitive, space-based intelligence with guaranteed delivery timelines and full sovereign control.

The agreement expands an existing relationship and represents the customer’s first major step toward a fully sovereign intelligence architecture: one that prioritizes assured access, operational control, and secure dissemination of intelligence across its defense and intelligence community.

Through this Nexus-powered RAP, the customer gains:

  • Guaranteed tasking windows across Vantor's industry-leading imaging constellation, including access to Vantor's next-gen WorldView Legion satellites
  • Near real-time delivery, with imagery available in 90 minutes or less
  • Priority access for time-sensitive intelligence requirements
  • Private hosting and dissemination, reducing exposure beyond the sovereign environment

“Sovereign customers need more than access to imagery—they need assurance, control, and the ability to build integrated intelligence collection systems that enable long-term autonomy,” said Anders Linder, EVP and General Manager of International Government at Vantor. “By combining Rapid Access with Nexus, we’re giving this customer dedicated access to the most advanced imaging satellite constellation on orbit within a secure platform they control today, while supporting their vision for a fully sovereign intelligence capability tomorrow. We’re proud of our longstanding partnership with this customer and look forward to helping them build an even stronger sovereign advantage.”

The assured access and private dissemination enabled by this platform will support a broad range of national missions, including:

  • Defense and intelligence operations
  • Border and homeland security
  • Maritime domain awareness
  • Disaster response and humanitarian operations
  • Civil and government planning missions

By delivering trusted intelligence on predictable timelines, the program helps ensure decision-makers across the customer’s ecosystem are working from the same, current operational picture.

True assured access, delivered on mission timelines

For defense and intelligence missions, access alone is not enough. Decision-makers need confidence that imagery will be collected when required, delivered within defined timelines, and made available only to authorized users.

Unlike traditional commercial tasking models, RAP is designed to remove uncertainty from the intelligence cycle, ensuring collection and delivery are aligned to operational needs, not best-effort availability.

At the heart of the program is Nexus™, the software that powers the Rapid Access Program and serves as the customer’s secure gateway to its intelligence.

Nexus enables the customer to:

  • Maintain sovereign control over access, hosting, and distribution of imagery
  • Disseminate intelligence rapidly via an intuitive user interface (UI) and programmatically through APIs without relying on open or shared commercial platforms
  • Provide role-based access so all approved users across the organization can securely view and exploit intelligence

By pairing RAP with Nexus, the customer can move intelligence more efficiently across its organization without compromising privacy, security, or control.

Building toward a sovereign intelligence architecture

While this agreement focuses on assured access to high-resolution satellite imagery, it also lays the groundwork for what comes next.

The customer already acquires imagery from multiple sources, and this Nexus-powered deployment represents the first step toward a more integrated TCPED (tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination) platform. Over time, the architecture can evolve to incorporate additional Tensorglobe™ capabilities, such as Cortex™ for multi-constellation orchestration and Forge™ for automated production and fusion, to unify intelligence from across sensors and domains.

This will enable the customer to build a sovereign living globe, a constantly updated, AI-ready representation of the physical world hosted in their private environment that can provide accurate spatial intelligence to both humans and machines.

Vantor's Tensorglobe platform makes it possible to build an end-to-end spatial intelligence system. As part of this RAP deal, Vantor is integrating access to our constellation (sensors) with a Nexus-powered platform.

This phased approach allows the customer to deliver immediate operational value today while building toward a more automated, interoperable intelligence ecosystem over time.

As governments seek to modernize their intelligence capabilities, assured access and sovereign control are becoming foundational requirements, not optional enhancements. This agreement reflects how Vantor enables customers to move from ad hoc tasking toward a more resilient, mission-aligned intelligence capability, delivering total clarity from space to ground when it matters most.
