Yesterday, Maxar Intelligence offically rebranded to Vantor. To mark this historic moment in our business, our CEO Dan Smoot sent the following message to our team members around the world––a message that we wanted to share with the world, too.

It’s day one at Vantor.

Today, we officially rebranded from Maxar Intelligence, representing a years-long transformation from being a pure-play satellite imagery and foundational content provider to an end-to-end spatial intelligence company.

Vantor is a company built to solve a new kind of problem: the overload of data that our customers are collecting from sensors across space, air, and ground—think satellites, drones, street cars—for missions ranging from monitoring adversarial threats to building better maps for the apps that move the world.

Only we have the tools to help our customers unify all this spatial intelligence:

• Our spatial foundation, fueled by our imaging satellite constellation, represents the most accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date digital twin of Earth.
• Our Tensorglobe platform represents as an end-to-end spatial intelligence toolkit that enables customers to unify data from every sensor to our foundation and automate the intelligence cycle—from tasking to production to analysis—to keep that unified data updated in near real-time.
• For customers who don’t need to build their own system, we deliver integrated mission solutions like Raptor and Sentry, which are designed to address specific challenges like GPS resilience and persistent monitoring at scale.

Through these capabilities, we’ve fundamentally transformed how we engage with and serve our customers. We’re not just sharing imagery and analysis based on our data alone. We’re providing our customers and partners with unified intelligence that allows them to make faster, more confident decisions and connect all their systems to a shared spatial source of truth.

Put simply, we’re forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence to help our customers build a more autonomous, interoperable world.

As we reflect on this journey, I also want to thank you, our team members across the business.

Our transformation has been made possible by your collective contributions. Together, we've achieved some incredibly important milestones in the past 18 months alone:

• Expand our industry-leading imaging satellite constellation: We successfully launched six next-generation WorldView Legion satellites, putting us in a class of our own on orbit.
• Rapid product innovation: We’ve debuted game-changing products like Raptor and Sentry, which we designed in a matter of months, not years.
• New partnerships: We’re playing in a different sandbox than we used to. We’ve built partnerships with Anduril to deliver mixed reality systems and with Saab and AIDC to advance GPS-resilient autonomy, and we’ve made great progress growing our WorldView Space/non-Earth imaging business.
• Growth across every segment: We’ve expanded relationships with customers across U.S. government, international government, and commercial, and brought our capabilities to a host of new customers along the way.
